Functions:
• External Analgesic
• Temporarily relieves minor aches and pains of muscles and joints due to simple backache, arthritis, strains, bruises, and sprains.

Directions:
• Adults and children 2 years of age and older:
-Clean the affected area with a piece of ginger.
-Remove the plaster from the pouch and soften it by warming the plaster on a pan over low heat. (Avoid direct exposure to flames).
-Grasp the two open ends of the cloth and spread apart to expose the medicated side of the plaster.
-Apply to the affected area, or as applicable.
• Do not use more than 3 to 4 times daily.
• Children under 2 years of age: Do not use, consult a doctor.

Warnings:
• For external use only. Do not use on wounds, on damaged or irritated skin, if pregnant or nursing, or if allergic to sesame seed oil or any other ingredient in the product. When using this product avoid contact with the eyes or mucous membranes, do not bandage tightly.
• Stop use and ask the doctor if excessive irritations of the skin develop, the condition worsens, symptoms persist for more than 7 days, symptoms clear up and occur again within a few days when using for pain of arthritis: if pain persists for more than 10 days, if redness is present, in conditions affecting children under 12 years of age.
• Keep out of reach of children. If swallowed, get medical help or contact a Poison Control Center right away.
